Few holiday traditions feel as timeless, or as heartwarming, as The Snowman<\/strong><\/a> at the Peacock Theatre..<\/h3>

Now returning for its 28th year<\/strong>, Birmingham Rep\u2019s beloved stage adaptation once again transforms London\u2019s West End into a place of pure Christmas magic.<\/h4>

Adapted from Raymond Briggs\u2019 iconic picture book<\/strong> and the film directed by Dianne Jackson<\/strong>, The Snowman<\/em><\/strong><\/a> blends live music, dance, storytelling, and theatre into a winter dreamscape.<\/h4>

Howard Blake\u2019s legendary score<\/strong>, including the unforgettable “Walking in the Air”<\/em><\/strong>, is performed live, a detail that gives the show its signature emotional sparkle, especially in a year that marks the 40th anniversary<\/strong> of Aled Jones\u2019<\/strong> famous recording.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The production, choreographed by Robert North<\/strong>, directed by Bill Alexander<\/strong>, and designed by Ruari Murchison, <\/strong>\u00a0follows the enchanting story of a young boy whose snowman comes to life on Christmas Eve.<\/p>

Together, they set off on an adventure to the North Pole, meeting dancing penguins, a shimmering snow princess, and Father Christmas himself.<\/p>

It\u2019s festive fantasy at its finest, and for many children, their very first introduction to dance and theatre.<\/strong><\/p>

This year, young performer Teddy Holton-Frances<\/strong> returns to share the lead role of The Boy<\/strong>. Audiences might recognise him from the BBC documentary The Snowman<\/strong> and Me<\/strong><\/em>, which followed Teddy and fellow young performer Phoenix Beharry from auditions to opening night.<\/p>
