That’s exactly what happened today on the runway at ModaLisboa with the official launch of 2B, the new fashion brand by artist Bárbara Bandeira.
Fashion as both an entrance and an exit, a gateway to thought, personality, and message.
Defined by duality and versatility, each piece functions as an extension of identity, merging comfort, structure, and visual storytelling.
The collection was received with enthusiasm, presenting itself as an open invitation to self-expression.
From fluid silhouettes to precise tailoring, from quiet neutrality to impactful simplicity, 2B finds harmony between the functional and the aspirational.
Created for the contemporary young adult, one who sees clothing as a statement of self, 2B is a brand of purpose and intention.
“Each piece carries an intention: to provoke, to embrace, and to represent. 2B doesn’t just want to accompany routines, it wants to challenge them”
says the brand’s creative direction.
Among the highlights: “The Manifesto”, an oversized blazer with a commanding yet fluid cut that moves effortlessly between formal and casual, embodying the brand’s liberating core philosophy.
With unisex sizing from S to XL, the brand reinforces its commitment to inclusion, freedom of movement, and the art of dressing without limits.
Two to three capsule drops are planned annually, each with limited editions that highlight exclusivity and desire.
Physical pop-ups and creative collaborations are already in development, bringing the brand even closer to its audience.
2B arrives not simply to take up space, but to redefine what it means to dress authentically now.
With this inaugural collection, the brand establishes itself as a symbol of a new generation, one that seeks meaning, freedom, and self-expression through what it chooses, or refuses to wear.
