Brigadeirando Cookies

Here is a special recipe from Brigadeirando to sweeten your 2021!

They have this perfect mixture, that you can order, to make their famous cookies at home.

But here is the recipe, because they are really, really cool and are giving it away for Lemon Magazine!

The cookie mixer pot includes the following ingredients:

165 g wheat flour

50g 100% cocoa

100g sugar

75g brown sugar

5g salt

10g baking soda

10g yeast

130g chocolate

And here is the recipe step-by-step:

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Add 1 egg + 1/2 unsalted butter tablet at room temperature + 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Make 20g balls (tablespoon) and on a tray leave space between them
Place in a preheated oven at 180º for 10 min
Let it cool and they are ready to sweeten your day!
