The world’s first ready-to-drink beverage for PMS, periods, and perimenopause relief

It’s time to reimagine women’s wellness..

The Cycle, founded by tech entrepreneur Anastasia Sartan, is rewriting the rules of how we care for ourselves, bringing relief from PMS, periods, and perimenopause out of the sterile supplement aisle and into something vibrant, approachable, and yes, delicious.

For decades, women have been told to “tough it out,” to grin through cramps, fatigue, and mood swings. Relief existed, but it was clinical, joyless, and hidden.

The Cycle flips that script.

This isn’t just a drink, it’s a statement: women deserve products designed with their needs at the center, combining science, plant power, and real results.

Each can is powered by 375 mg of bioactive Omega-7 from Himalayan Holy Fruit (sea buckthorn), a rare fatty acid clinically proven to reduce inflammation, balance hormones, and soothe cramps and bloating.

Unlike powders or capsules, the natural juice base delivers Omega-7 in its most absorbable form, meaning you can actually feel the difference.

The beverage doesn’t stop there. Cold-brewed adaptogens and herbs: including chaste berry, raspberry leaf, turmeric, fennel, nettle, and ashwagandha, are layered to support hormones, mood, energy, and digestion across every phase of the cycle.

Gentle on the gut and intentionally non-sparkling, The Cycle is easy to sip throughout the day, turning daily relief into a mindful ritual.

The results speak for themselves.. Founder Anastasia Sartan shares:

“Over 70% of women reported feeling better within the same day of drinking The Cycle. Many saw up to 40% less discomfort with consistent use. We’re finally seeing what happens when science, plants, and women’s actual experiences are taken seriously.”

In a world where women’s health has long been sidelined, The Cycle is bold, beautiful, and unapologetically for us.

From PMS to perimenopause, it’s a drink that works, tastes amazing, and looks good on your shelf, because relief should never feel hidden or clinical. Finally, relief has a voice, a flavor, and a style, and it’s called The Cycle.

School anxiety in children and teenagers is more common today than many parents realise..

It’s not just about feeling nervous before a test or presentation. Anxiety can manifest itself in subtle ways, through physical symptoms like stomach aches or headaches, trouble sleeping, irritability without an obvious reason, or even a persistent refusal to go to school.

When these signs appear frequently and begin to limit a child’s life, it’s time to pay closer attention to what’s going on.

The first step is to recognise that anxiety isn’t “acting out” or a weakness. It’s a real response, often disproportionate to the situation, but one that causes genuine distress.

For children, hearing their parents validate their feelings can make all the difference..

Saying “it will pass” sounds hollow, whereas a simple “I understand you’re struggling, let’s find a way to deal with it together” conveys reassurance and opens the door to conversation.

Routine is another powerful ally.

Regular sleep schedules, balanced meals, and set study time create predictability, which can help ease anxiety.

Additionally, you can teach your child small techniques to manage tension in critical moments.

Simple breathing exercises, such as inhaling for four seconds, holding for another four, and then exhaling at the same rate, can be practised at home and applied before a test or a more challenging social situation. Grounding exercises, such as asking the child to name what they can see, hear, and feel in that moment, can also help bring them back to the present and quiet racing thoughts.

However, support shouldn’t be limited to the home..

School is a central space in the lives of children and adolescents and can be a significant factor in their anxiety.

It’s worth meeting with teachers or a school counsellor to share your observations and align strategies. Small adjustments, such as allowing the child to take a short break during a run or presenting a project in a group rather than individually, can have a significant impact. Parents and the school must work together for the student’s well-being.

Parents can also play a key role in helping their child navigate social relationships.

Instead of exposing the child to large groups immediately, it’s preferable to encourage more gradual interactions, such as spending time with one or two friends at a time.

These small successes will strengthen their self-confidence and, little by little, reduce their fear of social interaction.

Of course, there are situations where support at home and at school isn’t enough. If anxiety lasts for weeks or months, seriously interferes with school attendance, friendships, or daily activities, or if panic attacks and negative thoughts appear, it’s essential to seek professional help.

Psychologists and psychiatrists currently have highly effective tools, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, that allow children to learn to manage their thoughts and emotions, and regain their quality of life.

Perhaps the most important thing for parents to remember is that children observe and learn more from example than from words.

When parents can demonstrate calm in the face of challenges, while also managing their own anxiety, they are setting a powerful model. They don’t need to be perfect, but they can demonstrate that fear is natural and that there are strategies to deal with it.

Ultimately, dealing with school anxiety isn’t about eliminating symptoms overnight. It’s about providing children with the space, security, and tools they need to grow in self-confidence and well-being. And the earlier this journey begins, the lighter each step becomes.

Using a cleaning concentrate is a cost-effective, eco-friendly solution, but only if you use it correctly. Learn the consequences of not properly diluting!

Being a mom means juggling a thousand things at once..

Between school runs, playdates, and mountains of laundry, finding any time for a little cleaning feels like a win.

So when you grab that concentrated cleaner, it’s tempting to just pour some in a bucket, add water, and hope for the best. But taking a moment to get the measurements right can save you time, money, and a lot of headaches.

Learn the consequences of not diluting cleaning solutions correctly and how to get them right for the best clean, even if brief!

The Risks of Wrong Ratios

When you’re trying to keep your home safe and sparkling for your little ones, using cleaning solutions correctly is important. Using a cleaner that’s too weak or too strong can create problems you definitely don’t have time for.

Ineffective Cleaning

If you use too much water, your cleaning solution won’t have enough power to do its job.

It might look like you’re cleaning, but you’re likely just spreading germs around. This means you’ll have to clean again, wasting precious time you could be spending with your family.

Health and Safety Hazards

In contrast, a solution that is too concentrated is a real danger.

Strong chemicals can damage surfaces, leaving streaks or even permanent marks on your countertops and floors. They can also irritate your skin, eyes, and lungs.

Keeping those little hands and curious noses safe is priority number one, and overly strong chemicals in the air or on surfaces pose a risk.

How Improper Dilution Wastes Money

We all love finding ways to save a few dollars..

Concentrated cleaners seem like a great deal because one bottle can last a long time. However, if you’re not diluting them correctly, you could be pouring that value right down the drain.

Using too much product means you’ll run out faster and have to buy more, adding an unnecessary expense to your budget.

Protecting Your Home and the Planet

The impact of cleaning products goes beyond our homes.

When we use too much concentrated cleaner, the excess chemicals get washed into our waterways.

This can harm aquatic life and disrupt delicate ecosystems.

By using only what you need, you reduce your environmental footprint and create a healthier planet for your children’s future: a win-win in droplet form.

Tips for Perfect Dilution

Start by reading the label to get the perfect product dilutions every time. The instructions will tell you the exact ratio of product to water. Use measuring cups or spoons to get it exact.

For products you use often, consider pre-mixing a batch in a labeled spray bottle so that it’s always ready to go. This simple habit makes cleaning faster and more effective.

Mastering the art of dilution does more than just get your house clean. It protects your family’s health, saves you money, and helps the environment.

By taking a few extra seconds to measure, you empower yourself to clean smarter, not harder.

Don’t let the consequences of not diluting cleaning solutions correctly hinder your family’s well-being.

Sadhguru: Parenthood is a very funny thing. You are trying to do something that no one has ever known how to do well. Even if you have twelve children, you are still learning. You may raise the first eleven properly, but the twelfth one can give you the works. So, what is the best thing you can do?

The foremost thing is to spend sufficient time and work a little bit upon yourself. Look at yourself carefully – how you are, how you sit, how you stand, how you speak, what you do, what you don’t do – because children pick up everything rapidly and they will exaggerate everything that you do. Every day in your house, if tension, anger, fear, anxiety and jealousy are the only things that are being demonstrated to your child, they will obviously learn only these. If you really have the intention of bringing up your child well, you must first change your way of being.

#1 Learn to Sit Right

Whether you name it stress, anxiety, or whatever else – essentially, there is friction in the system. So it is important that first, the system is geometrically well-aligned, and next, it must be properly lubricated. There are ways to do this. Where there is geometrical perfection, there is no effort; there is no friction. That is what you have to bring into your system.

The simplest thing is you just learn to sit properly. Sit in such a way that the body does not need your muscular support, that it is so well balanced that if it sits, it simply sits. Just do this for a few hours a day, and you will see – you will feel much better.

#2 Say No to Snacking

In Yoga, we say that an unclean colon and psychological disturbances are directly connected. If the colon is not clean, you cannot keep your mind stable.

When the digestive process is happening in the stomach bag, the purification of the body on the cellular level almost shuts down. So if you keep eating through the day, the cells retain impurities for a longer period, which creates various problems over a period of time. Even the excretory process from the intestines does not happen efficiently because the waste material will keep coming to the colon at different times instead of at once.

In the Yogic system, we say there must be a minimum of six to eight hours between one meal and the next. If that is not possible, at least a five-hour gap is a must. Less than that means you are causing trouble to yourself.

#3 Reduce Meat Consumption

The type of food we eat has a huge impact on the mind. An average American is said to consume 200 pounds of meat per year. If you bring it down to 50 pounds, you will see 75% of the people will not need antidepressants anymore. Meat is a good food to survive if you are out in the desert or the jungle. If you are lost somewhere, a piece of meat will keep you going, because it provides concentrated nourishment. But it should not be a daily food that you eat when there are other choices.

There are many ways to look at this. One thing is animals have the intelligence to know in the last few moments that they are going to get killed, no matter how cunningly or how scientifically you do it. Any animal that has the capacity to express some kind of emotion will always grasp when it is going to be killed.

Suppose all of you come to know right now that at the end of this day, you are going to get slaughtered. Imagine the struggle that you would go through, the burst of chemical reactions within you. An animal goes through at least some fraction of that. This means when you kill an animal, the negative acids and whatever other chemicals are in the meat. When you consume the meat, it creates unnecessary levels of mental fluctuations.

If you put people who are on antidepressants on a conscious vegetarian diet, in about three months’ time, most of them will not need their medication anymore.

#4 Meditation

The main aspect of meditation is, right now your mind is the boss and you are the slave. As you become more meditative, you become the boss and your mind becomes the slave. Once you become meditative, there is a clear space between you and your body and mind. Once there is a distinct separation, this is the end of suffering, because there are only two kinds of suffering you have known – physical and mental. You will dare to explore the full scope of what it means to be human only when there is no fear of suffering.

Meditation is that process through which you learn to operate this mind so that it functions as a miracle. As there is a science for external wellbeing, there is a science for inner wellbeing. Towards this, in February 2025, we launched the Miracle of Mind app, which offers a simple 7-minute meditative process that can be practiced anywhere to bring a sense of peace, joy, and exuberance into one’s life.

It is my wish and my blessing that every human being on the planet experiences the Miracle of Mind.

Everything You Need to Know About the Famous "Ice Bath"

Somewhere between wellness ritual and medieval torture device, the ice bath has gone from athletes’ locker rooms to social media living rooms.

Your feed is probably flooded with influencers lowering themselves into giant plastic tubs, gasping for breath, claiming it’s “life-changing.”

But is this trend the ultimate self-care flex… or just pain dressed up in matching Alo Yoga sets?

A Very Cold History

The truth? Ice baths aren’t new at all.

Ancient Greeks and Romans were already experimenting with cold plunges, convinced that freezing water could restore vitality.

Later, athletes adopted it to reduce muscle soreness after brutal training sessions.

Today, it’s less about recovery and more about aesthetics, because apparently, suffering looks chic when there’s eucalyptus smoke and a minimalist backyard setup involved.

The Science (Or the Hype?)

Supporters claim that ice baths improve circulation, reduce inflammation, spike dopamine levels, and build resilience.

In other words: the body’s reset button.

Critics, however, argue that the benefits are overstated, that a good night’s sleep or a gentle walk could do the trick without turning you into a human popsicle.

The Culture of the “Cold Girl”

Let’s be real: part of the appeal is purely visual.

The ritual is inherently cinematic: breath fogging, water shimmering, bodies trembling in slow motion.

That’s why ice baths have become an Instagram moment, endorsed by everyone from Lizzo (yes, she posted her plunge) to athletes like Cristiano Ronaldo, and wellness gurus like Wim Hof, who turned cold exposure into a full-on lifestyle empire.

Who’s Else is Dipping In You May Ask..?

  • Kim Kardashian has bragged about her cryotherapy sessions.

  • Lady Gaga swears by ice baths to help with chronic pain.

  • Harry Styles reportedly uses cold plunges to boost his energy.

  • And then there are countless TikTok creators posting their 3-minute “reset” challenges, complete with soft-girl music and motivational captions.

Pain as a Status Symbol?

Here’s the thing: in a world obsessed with productivity, discipline, and “doing hard things,” enduring an ice bath feels like proof of strength.

It’s the modern equivalent of bragging about running a marathon or drinking celery juice for breakfast.

The shivering, the teeth-chattering, the numbed skin.. it’s hardship rebranded as luxury wellness.

So, is it magic? Is it masochism? Maybe both.

The ice bath trend isn’t going anywhere, because whether you believe in the science or not, the aesthetic alone is addictive.

If nothing else, it’s a reminder that in 2025, even suffering can go viral… especially if it looks good on camera.

Learn fun, engaging activities to teach kids about the importance of clean air, its benefits, and how they can contribute to a healthier environment.

Motherhood means juggling responsibilities as you raise the future.

You’re balancing board meetings and bedtime, all while being deeply aware of how your actions ripple into the lives of others.

One of those actions? Helping your kids understand the importance of clean air.

It’s easier and more impactful than you might imagine to spark curiosity and build habits that protect the spaces they’ll grow up in.

Here are 6 kid-friendly ways to teach about clean air and make this learning experience as meaningful as it is empowering:

Use Fun Experiments To Show How Air Works

Some kids love getting hands-on, and air-related science experiments can be as entertaining as they are informational.

For example, you can use a simple activity like crafting your mini wind turbine and letting your kids experience how invisible air can create energy.

Another way to engage them is with quick activities, like trapping dust with a piece of
fabric outline, to showcase how our air carries pollutants.

These experiments are questions answered in real time and spark conversations that help kids grasp the dynamics of clean air.

Introduce Nature Walks That Focus On Breathing

Next time you’re out walking or at the park, notice how it feels to breathe deeply.

Ask your kids what they notice when trees surround you versus busy city streets.

Point out the role trees and plants quietly clean the air around us.

These small, mindful connections help kids understand how nature and air work together to improve the world around them.

These moments tie in environmental awareness and encourage kids to see their local parks or natural spaces as special and worth protecting.

Get Creative With Art and Air

Artistic expression opens the door to exciting conversations.

You can work with your kids to create clean air collages using pictures of fresh air scenes or items like filters and plants.

This activity blends creativity with education and makes room for them to process what they’re learning in unique, tactile ways.

You can also use chalk outdoors to illustrate invisible concepts like air particles and gases.

Breaking abstract ideas into colorful sketches enhances understanding by creating visual representations of unseen air quality forces.

Watch Kid-Friendly Shows or Videos

Sometimes, screen time becomes quality time with kid-focused shows that teach about clean air and environment.

This content sparks conversations as kids ask questions and notice what they’ve learned.

Following these moments with relatable examples, like pointing to a building powered by a wind turbine or talking about how carpooling reduces pollution, reinforces what they’ve watched in real life.

When To Include Air Purifiers

Small shifts at home also nurture lessons around air quality.

Adding an air purifier teaches children about indoor air care, especially if it uses a HEPA filter, creating a teaching moment.

For example, it’s important to know the signs it’s time to replace the HEPA filter, like
strange smells, accumulation of dust, or poor performance.

Share what you’e doing, and you’ll naturally make kids aware of everyday actions that tie back to healthy living.

Build Clean Air Habits Together

Get kids involved in actionable tasks that connect with clean air, like planting houseplants or participating in neighborhood cleanups.

When they play a role in maintaining air quality, it helps them internalize that their choices matter.

Raising a generation that feels empowered in small actions has ripple effects far greater than the task itself.

Empowering moms, empowering kids, and creating learning moments together build
a lifestyle of awareness.

By using these kid-friendly ways to teach about clean air, you’re not just teaching a lesson, you’re laying a foundation.

Start where it feels exciting for you and make teaching the next chapter of your family’s story.

You’ve probably heard it before: “Gut health is everything.”

And while that might sound like just another wellness slogan, science keeps backing it up, especially when it comes to fermented foods.

From sauerkraut to kimchi, kefir to kombucha, these probiotic-rich bites are more than just hipster side dishes or yoga retreat snacks.

They’re natural mood-boosters, immune warriors, and yes, even skin glow-up agents.

But here’s what’s really wild: they might actually rewire the way you feel, mentally and physically.

The Gut-Brain Romance

There’s a real, science-backed hotline between your belly and your brain. It’s called the gut-brain axis, and it’s why your stomach flips before a big presentation or why anxiety can make you feel nauseous.

Turns out, feeding your gut the right bacteria can literally change how your mind and body respond to stress, fatigue, even sadness.

Enter fermented foods: full of live cultures that increase the diversity of your gut microbiome (a.k.a. your internal ecosystem).

More diversity = better digestion, stronger immunity, improved mood regulation, and even better sleep.

Fermented Hits to Try Now:

  • Kimchi: A spicy Korean classic, loaded with probiotics and antioxidants. Pair it with eggs, rice bowls, or just eat it straight from the jar.

  • Kefir: A tangy yogurt-like drink that’s a powerhouse of beneficial bacteria. Sip it like a smoothie or pour it over granola.

  • Miso: Beyond soup: add it to dressings, marinades, or even pasta sauce for a salty umami kick and gut support.

  • Kombucha: A fizzy, fermented tea that’s now available in dozens of flavors (look for low-sugar options!).

  • Sauerkraut: It’s not just for hot dogs anymore. A spoonful on top of avocado toast? Game-changer.

This Isn’t a Trend, It’s a Reset

Fermented foods aren’t just having a moment, they’ve been part of traditional diets for centuries.

The difference is, we’re now learning just how powerful they really are.

Your digestion, your energy levels, your skin, and your mental health are all affected by your gut bacteria. And the good news? You can start improving it with a single jar of pickles.

For when you're spiraling, stuck, or just want someone to tell you what to do.

Let me be clear: therapy isn’t always groundbreaking:

Sometimes, it’s just someone asking: “Why do you always try to be okay?” and your entire soul short-circuits.

So no, I won’t pretend I had a dramatic breakthrough while staring out a rainy window (though that has happened).

But after enough sessions, the ones where I talked too much or the ones where I said nothing at all, a few truths stuck with me.

And maybe, just maybe, they’ll stick with you too.

You’re not too much. You’re just not with people who can handle your depth.

I spent so long shrinking, softening, censoring. Trying not to scare people away with my intensity.

A therapist once said “You’re not too much. They were just too little.”

That one sentence cracked something open.

Turns out, the right people will meet you where you are, not make you feel like you’re too big for the room.

Self-awareness isn’t healing, it’s just step one.

You can analyze your trauma to death. You can know your attachment style, your zodiac sign, your childhood wound.

But until you act differently, until you sit with the discomfort and choose something new, nothing changes.

Being smart about your issues isn’t the same as moving past them.

The things you think make you hard to love? They’re probably the reason someone will love you most.

I once listed all the “difficult” things about me in session: sensitive, intense, anxious, emotional. And my therapist smiled and said:

“Those are the things that will make someone fall madly in love with you.”

Sometimes the work is just… unlearning shame.

You don’t need to earn rest. You just need rest.

This hit harder than I wanted it to.

I’m a productivity addict: I love a to-do list and hate feeling “lazy.”

But burnout isn’t a badge of honor. Rest isn’t a reward. It’s fuel.

If you keep waiting until you’ve “done enough” you’ll collapse before you get there.

“I don’t know” is often a trauma response.

When you’re constantly used to guessing what others want to hear, you lose touch with what you actually think or feel.

So you say, “I don’t know.” But you do. Your body knows. You just need a safe space to remember.

You can grieve a version of yourself you never got to be.

I used to feel ridiculous mourning a life I hadn’t lived.. the fearless, unbothered version of me that never emerged.

But grief isn’t just about loss of people. It’s also about the dreams we didn’t get to live out, the childhoods we should’ve had, the selves we buried to survive.

You’re allowed to change, even if it makes people uncomfortable.

People love you most when you stay consistent… even if “consistent” means self-sacrificing or stuck.

The moment you start choosing yourself, some people will flinch. Let them.

Outgrowing your past doesn’t mean you’re betraying it.

Final Thoughts:

There’s something sacred about hearing the truth out loud, especially when it’s one you’ve been avoiding.

Therapy doesn’t fix you. It unmasks you.

And sometimes, all it takes is one brutally honest line from a near-stranger to make you finally see yourself clearly.

If any of this made you feel something, write it down. Revisit it. Or better yet, take it to your own therapist and see what they say.

Because healing isn’t linear. But real advice? It stays with you.

How to Get Through the Long Summer Holiday Without Ruining Your Kids’ Teeth, Skin, and Diet

Six nutritionist-approved tips to stop the sugar spiral and keep your kids glowing all summer long:

Summer holidays = sun, snacks, and chaos.

With school out, routines loosen, snack attacks increase, and suddenly it’s ice cream for breakfast and sweets before bed.

But what if we told you it doesn’t have to be that way?

Amber Silverman, nutritional therapist and mum-approved wellness expert, is here to help families upgrade their summer habits, without becoming the food police.

Amber will be sharing even more tips at the Mini Mozart Summer Programme, which runs until 31st August and features a dreamy lineup of family health and wellbeing experts.

But for now, here are her six top tips to help keep things fun, balanced, and dentist-free:

Start As You Mean to Go On: Set Some Summer Rules

Before things spiral into sugar oblivion, create a few playful but practical ground rules everyone can agree on:

  • One treat a day – choose it, love it, savour it.

  • Had ice cream yesterday? Try fruit kebabs or yogurt today. Balance is the name of the game.

  • Ask before diving into the snack stash. Boundaries, babes.

  • Slow it down, snacks are more fun when you actually taste them.

  • If you’re sharing treats (movie night alert), everyone gets a say.

  • Save sugary stuff for earlier in the day to avoid hyperactive bedtimes.

Make Healthy Swaps That Still Feel Like Treats

Kids won’t even miss the sugar when the alternatives look this fun:

  • Homemade lollies – Blend fruit, freeze in layers for rainbow vibes. Kiwi, melon, strawberry = dreamy.

  • Banana + dark chocolate = true love. Try dipping and freezing!

  • Melon medleys – Cut up watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe. They’ll eat it just because it looks fun.

  • Homemade popcorn with cinnamon and a tiny bit of icing sugar.

  • DIY healthy mousse, chocolate PB-stuffed dates, or even homemade Bounty bars (yes, really – recipe below).

Savoury Days Are Your Summer Secret Weapon

Balance out the sugar with these tasty savoury snack heroes:

  • Cheese & chia seed scones

  • Homemade hummus – Blend chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon, water. Boom.

  • Edamame beans – Quick, frozen, full of goodness.

  • Nuts and seeds – Perfect for park days or car snacks.

Food Isn’t the Only Treat on the Menu

Shift the focus: fun doesn’t have to come with a sugar high:

  • Pool day or seaside trip

  • Backyard camping

  • Dress-up sleepovers

  • One-on-one time with Mum or Dad

  • A special outing or a later bedtime

Hydration Station: Keep Kids Refreshed

Kids forget to drink water. Fact. Here’s how to sneak hydration into their day:

  • Fizzy drinks? Only after they’ve had water.

  • Add fruit slices to water: strawberries, orange, lemon, cucumber.

  • Eat your water! Watermelon, cucumber, citrus, celery and radish all have 90%+ water content.

  • Out and about? Try coconut water: a hydrating, tropical alternative to soda.

Upgrade Your Eating Habits This Summer

Less pressure = the perfect time to shake things up:

  • Pick one new cuisine a week: Mexican, Italian, Korean, Middle Eastern. Explore, cook, taste.

  • Make your own pizza – dough kneading + topping combos = full-on edible science class.

  • Whizz up homemade pesto – raw garlic = immune boost!

  • Use an air fryer for fast, healthy versions of crispy faves like chips.

  • Flourless pancakes anyone? Scroll for Amber’s go-to recipe that’s become a family breakfast staple.

Two Bonus Recipes to Try with the Kids

Flourless Pancakes

Ingredients (for 1):

  • 1 egg

  • ½ mashed banana

  • ¼ cup oats

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Whisk it all together. Let the batter sit (5 mins or overnight). Fry on both sides until golden in coconut oil or ghee. Serve with berries, yogurt or compote.

Why we love it: Chia seeds are packed with omega-3 fats, perfect for skin, brain, and fighting inflammation.

Homemade Bounty Bars

Ingredients:

  • 150g dark chocolate

  • 50g coconut oil

  • 100g coconut cream

  • 100g desiccated coconut

Instructions:

  1. Melt the coconut oil. Mix with coconut cream + desiccated coconut.

  2. Press into a cling film-lined dish and freeze for 30-45 mins.

  3. Cut into bars, dip in melted chocolate, place on parchment paper.

  4. Chill in fridge. Enjoy post-dinner or as a cheeky snack.
