That’s exactly what Moms Feelin’ Themselves (MFT) is serving up.
This bold, joy-forward movement is part dance party, part mental health revolution.
Created by moms, for moms, MFT is proof that wellness doesn’t have to be quiet, polished, or Instagram-perfect: it can be sweaty, sparkly, and deeply healing.
Through in-person events that center music, movement, and community, MFT gives mothers a safe (and seriously fun) space to reconnect with their bodies and their sense of self.
At the heart of it all is The Mom Dance Party: an always-sold-out, high-energy experience where moms dance like nobody’s watching.
Think disco lights, loud music, and a flood of dopamine..
But underneath the glitter is something powerful: a science-backed approach to improving mental health and fostering connection.
“These aren’t just nights out. They’re wellness interventions, cleverly disguised as glitter-fueled raves for women who haven’t had a night to themselves in months.”
MFT was founded by two real-life mom friends:
Elizabeth – a licensed psychotherapist and expert in perinatal mental health
Sarah – a former business strategist turned stay-at-home mom
Both had lived the chaos of modern motherhood and knew something had to change.
By blending movement (endorphins!), connection (belonging!), and music (therapy!), MFT is more than a cute idea – it’s an evidence-based reset that leaves moms feeling energized, seen, and more themselves than they have in ages.
So the next time someone says moms need “me time,” tell them this: “We’re busy healing with glitter and a DJ.”
