‘Bored Games’ editorial draws on the simple nostalgia of entertaining a child away from the digital world of screens. When we strip back the layers of what it means to be ‘bored’ the old-fashioned methods and techniques of a simple game to challenge the mind usually work best. Paige Anderson, stylist collected a variety of iconic and recognizable games to use as props to communicate this message. Alexandrena Parker, photographer paid homage to the past by capturing the series on 120 and 33mm Kodak Portra film, creating a whimsical and nostalgic series of images.
