Meet Mesa Fresca: The Fresh Way to Plan Your Week (Without the Stress)

Healthy meals, less time in the kitchen, and more moments that matter.

There’s a new project in town that’s here to take the pressure off meal planning and help families eat better, without spending hours chopping, prepping, or stressing.

Say hello to Mesa Fresca, a fresh new platform that delivers ready-to-cook meal kits made with handpicked, local ingredients – all approved by nutritionists and designed for real life.

The idea? Simple. Healthy. No stress.

Led by founder Alexis Bourson, Mesa Fresca is reimagining how busy people and families approach mealtimes: with more ease, more flavour, and more time for the stuff that matters.

So, how does it work?

1. Choose Your Kit

Every week, families can pick between three or five carefully curated meals – new menus are published every Friday morning on the website and every Tuesday on Instagram.

Orders close Friday, and deliveries go out the following Monday.

2. Get It Delivered (or Pick It Up)

You can order online and either collect from our store or get it delivered straight to your door (delivery available across Greater Lisbon).

3. Ready to Cook

Each kit comes with exactly what you need: fresh, local ingredients and simple, step-by-step instructions.

Nothing frozen. No mystery sauces. Just honest, delicious meals that taste like home, even if you barely had time to cook.

More Than Meals, It’s Family Time

Mesa Fresca isn’t just about getting dinner on the table!

It’s about bringing families into the kitchen together, creating moments of connection and learning through cooking.

Whether it’s chopping veggies with your little one or learning a new recipe with your partner, mealtimes become moments of joy and presence.

With Mesa Fresca, food becomes what it’s meant to be: nourishing, shared, and uncomplicated.

So if you’ve been dreaming of a calmer week, fewer last-minute supermarket runs, and meals that actually bring the family together, Mesa Fresca might just be your new favourite ritual.
